Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and configuration of software or hardware systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful deployment.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of software or hardware solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
• Conduct system tests to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective product use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after implementation.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software or hardware implementation and technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
