Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks of our business. You will work closely with the accounting manager, providing general financial assistance and supporting various financial processes, from monitoring cash flow to assisting in tax preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the accounting manager to gather necessary data and provide assistance in budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, monitoring all invoices and ensuring bills are paid in a timely manner.
  • Review financial documents such as bank statements, credit reports, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Perform reconciliation for multiple accounts, including balancing the general ledger, bank accounts, and loan accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, monitoring the expenses and income of the business.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify areas of required improvement, and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Conduct risk assessment, managing credit risk, market risk, foreign exchange risk, and operational risk.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing documents, managing office supplies, and setting up meetings and training sessions.
