Requirements and Skills:

  • Certificate or degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking industry.

  • Thorough knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
