As a Camp Boss, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the camp facilities. Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
• Proven experience in camp management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and camp management software.
