Job Brief: The Campus Recruiter is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent from colleges and universities. They build strong relationships with educational institutions and manage the recruitment process to ensure the selection of the best candidates for the organization.
Campus Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions.
- Managing on-campus recruitment events and career fairs.
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Collaborate with university career services and student organizations.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Provide feedback to candidates and manage the offer process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
