Job Brief

The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications. They coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities. The Civil Foreman also inspects and maintains quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
