Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective management of various HR functions. You will play a vital role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates for different roles.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and training.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
