Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong financial management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
