Job Description
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR department and ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, develops, and retains the best talent. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement employee onboarding and retention programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity and workplace health and safety.
- Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
