Responsibilities

• Perform day-end procedures: Balance all charges and complete day-end reports to ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle customer queries: Respond to guest service associates promptly and provide comprehensive information, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment: Monitor guests and adhere to safety and security guidelines to ensure the well-being of everyone on the premises.
• Prepare invoices: Prepare bills and itemize them for customers, ensuring accuracy in the billing process.
• Manage the front desk: Update room status information, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and handle guest requests promptly.

Requirements & Skills

• Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Computer skills: Proficient in using the MS Office suite and hotel management software for smooth operations.
• Customer service: Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and address their needs.
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
