Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with our business. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a steady flow of qualified leads and support the achievement of sales goals. Through research, strategic planning, prospecting, and analysis, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and Utilizing Market Resources: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitors' strategies, and evaluate sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Planning and Creating Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads. Optimize existing campaigns and adopt engagement tactics to attract prospects through targeted messaging and outreach.
- Prospecting and Engaging Prospects: Reach out to potential customers, identify their needs and requirements, discuss solutions, and build strong relationships. Apply your understanding of sales cycles, prospecting strategies, and effective communication techniques.
- Determining Lead Quality and Assigning Leads: Evaluate leads to assess their suitability and assign them accordingly. Ensure accurate tracking and evaluation of marketing efforts. Continuously improve lead quality through analysis and optimization.
- Analyzing Performance Metrics and Reporting Results: Provide reports on quantitative and qualitative metrics used to measure lead generation efforts. Offer actionable insights based on performance analysis and propose strategies for achieving desired goals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, B2B marketing, customer acquisition, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of lead generation methods and strategies, marketing automation tools, customer acquisition channels, data-driven decision-making, and analytics.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
