Position: Loco Pilot

Job Description: A Loco Pilot is responsible for operating trains and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers and goods. They play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of railway operations. As a Loco Pilot, you will be required to adhere to safety protocols, manage train operations, and effectively communicate with station staff and other crew members.

Responsibilities:

• Operate trains on assigned routes, ensuring punctuality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promptly respond to emergencies.
• Monitor and report any mechanical or technical issues during the journey.
• Coordinate with station staff and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of train operations and incidents.

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in operating trains or similar heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of railway safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
