We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team. As a Network Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network systems, and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing network solutions to meet the organization's requirements.
• Configuring and maintaining network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deploy network upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing network-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance our network infrastructure.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment and tools, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and network analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are preferred.
