Additionally, night auditors are also responsible for handling customer transactions and checking guests in and out. They should be familiar with the check-in and check-out process and the software associated with it.

Night auditors are also responsible for managing the front desk, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints. They should also be able to provide basic information and directions to guests and have knowledge about hotel amenities and services.
