- Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle applications, including Oracle Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle solutions.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools is a plus.
