Process Server Job Description

Job Summary:

A Process Server is responsible for delivering legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, and other court orders to individuals involved in legal proceedings. They play a crucial role in ensuring that legal documents are properly served in accordance with legal guidelines and deadlines. To excel in this role, a Process Server should have a thorough understanding of legal procedures, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant legal or law enforcement experience is a plus.
