Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in production or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in production operations.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in supervising a production team.
• Ability to analyze production issues and identify solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision.
• Knowledge and expertise with production software systems.
