We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making within our organization. Your insights and reports will be instrumental in helping us identify trends, measure performance, and make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using various analytics tools and software.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing reports and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and analytics.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
