As a Resource Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their workforce and human resource strategies. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers, addressing areas for improvement and recognizing strong performers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for clients.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Resource Consultant or similar role, preferably in a consulting or HR services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for recruitment, applicant tracking, and HR analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Highly ethical and confidential, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
