• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices to suggest improvements and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration technologies and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.
