Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or associate role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
