Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support or associate role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms are a plus.
