Transaction Risk Investigator Job Description

Responsibilities and Roles:

  • Investigate suspicious transactions and identify potential risks.
  • Analyze transaction data to detect fraudulent activities and patterns.
  • Review account activity and assess the legitimacy of transactions.
  • Communicate with customers to verify transaction details and resolve issues.
  • Document investigation findings and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and prevent future fraud.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging fraud schemes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide recommendations for improving transaction monitoring processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Highly interpersonal, with the ability to convey complex transactions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent investigation decisions.
  • Proficient in analyzing problems and thinking critically.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification – Graduation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
  • Flexibility to work staggered shifts and weekends.
  • Workplace experience – 0-4 years (maximum).
