Voice Process Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Voice Process professional, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service through voice communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Promote new services and products to customers to increase sales volume.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and changes in products to provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and present them to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively to achieve customer retention.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
